Check-in was quick and pleasant.
Room has aircon and heater. wifi router was right outside the door and was good. hot shower with good water pressure.
Breakfast is good. Coffee is very good. Fresh fruit juice. Cold meats and cheese platter and a variety of breads of pastries.
A good stay.

What a great service and wonderful ambiance and beautiful employee, clean and prime quality food , i come here already 3 time and im always happy .. I highly recommend the best the best food the breakfast best aperitivo

I was there for business, travelling alone. Very good hotel, both the common areas and the room were very clean. It is comfortable, strategically located in the city center (walking distance from the railway station). Excellent front-desk service. Some (tollerable) noise from the corridor (doors are not sound-proof, while windows are brand new and sound proof). The bathroom was not very large, but very clean and fully equipped. My room had plenty of power outlets to recharge my devices. Breakfast buffet was excellent. Highly recommended for a business staying in Udine!

We could not fault this hotel, the lobby was clean and elegant. Our room was spacious, with a grandeur feel. Breakfast was an excellent continental selection and swift service from the staff. The hotel location was amazing, only a few steps from restaurants, bars and shops! Would most definitely return.

Nice hotel, old fashioned service with a great location in Udine
Friendly staff nice breakfast adequate rooms. Safe parking off site just 5 minutes away in their private garage.
Quiet tine if year se they upgraded our room.
