This family run motel is immaculately kept, with good sized and well appointed rooms. The office and cleaning staff are very helpful and knowledgeable. Conveniently located opposite a shopping centre and a couple of good restaurants, this is a great value stay.

A warm welcome on arrival and all amenities explained Taken to room and shown around Very clean and tidy but a little dated now Super market across the road which is very convenient. overall an enjoyable experience if only a short one

We stayed for 4 nights. Hotel standard of service in a motel! Immaculately clean. Decor dated but everything was spotless. Very comfortable beds. Lovely pool. Quiet location. Opposite supermarket and Speights Ale house. Parking infront of our unit for rental car. Would stay again. Thank you.

Excellent location beautiful well maintained surroundings awesome hosts recommend if doing wine tours or would just like to have the convenience of not so close to city center but still have great restaurants in walking distance. Thank you so much for a relaxing visit. Jan 7 - 8 2017 unit 3.

My wife and I with our 12 yo daughter needed a place to stay for one night in Blenheim and the Sundowner did the trick very nicely. The absolute highlight... those were seriously the most comfortable beds I've ever experienced in a motel. I like 'em soft and these were ever so! The pool was nice and everything was perfectly clean and in working order. The decor is a little dated and one of my pet peeves are bathroom basin taps that are too close to the basin to be used easily to wash hands - minor bugs that will be fixed in due course, I'm sure.
