Awesomely friendly Managers
Mary Jon 07/11/2017 14:15Steve and Heidi were great hosts and their friendliness means we will continue to go back year after year. The appartments were also terrific, clean, modern and well equipped and we stayed there with a group of friends and it was no hassle at all for Heidi and Steve to accomodate us all. Definitely recommend it as a place to stay for a long or short holiday.

dapper_jay66on 02/11/2017 05:41I have stayed At The Sound a few times and this review is not really a review however it is a letter of gratitude from the wonderful service that I received earlier today from Heidi.
I made an error with my booking and had to cancel earlier today as my business trip to Noosa had to be cancelled. By all accounts I should have incurred a fee for full payment by cancelling my booking as I made my booking through a travel website.
A few phone calls later and Heidi very generously waived the fee even though I had made an error and was liable.
So I owe an apology to At The Sound and I owe my gratitude to both Heidi and Steve for being so accommodating.

Great hosts and super apartment
CW Won 15/10/2017 05:38The apartment was modern and well equipped. Steve and Heidi were very welcoming and helpful and ensure that we had a wonderful stay. There are DVD’s and books to choose from as well as Foxtel.
We used the bicycles to get around as the buses were relatively expensive for the short trip to Hastings Street or to the riverside. The pool and bbq area was good. Recommend!
Lovely and friendly service
Katherine Won 28/09/2017 23:28The reception staff were so friendly and helpful! The hotel is small but it is really clean and well maintained, you can tell the staff try to make the best experience. Bus stop right out the front to Noosa Heads beach and short walk to restaurants along the river. Spa bath was amazing! Thank you for a lovely short trip.
