2nd visit in a year to this lovely place, out of the hustle bustle of the centre party life. Nice spacious room (2) with seaview and bay window. The hosts Ray and Trish very welcoming and a delicious breakfast. Short walk into Bispham and for the fitter a nice long walk into towards the main attractions. A handy tram stop right outside. Will stay here again for sure.

Ray and Trish are so friendly and helpful it was a pleasure to stay at the athenry hotel, we stayed in room 2 which is really comfy with a great view of the illuminations, It is out of the main town which suited us as its a lot quieter. Definitely going to stop here again.

A last minute booking for one night, very warm welcome from Ray and Trish.
The room was spotlessly clean, very cosy and had a lovely sea view. Location is perfect for easily getting around Blackpool. Bispham is within walking distance, but the tram stop is very convenient to take you into the centre and beyond! Very good night's sleep and a delicious, hearty breakfast. All in all, a very enjoyable stay.

Stayed here for the weekend to attend a folk and blues festival in fleetwood, excellent location,Great stay ray and trish make you feel welcome as soon as you walk though the door, room very clean and homely excellent breakfast but I must say we missed the 2nd days breakfast as the bed was to comfy to get out off we will definatley be staying again see you both again thanks for a lovely stay

Trisha and Ray were perfect hosts and had lots of local knowledge it was so clean and the breakfast was amazing "thanks for the extra sausage Ray :) " would recommend this to anyone it's not right in the centre quick walk away and you won't find a better place to stay :) all the best see u again soon :) Linda and Chris X
