Stayed at Zafolia as part of a Globus Tour. Staff was exceptional. Good location. Although on a busy street, sound insulation was good if you keep your window/ sliding door closed. Nice views of Lycabettus Hill and the Parthenon from the rooftop. Supermarket directly across the street for your needs (water, wine, ouzo, etc.). Nice restaurants in the park just down the street. Close to the Metro. Cab to the Acropolis or Plaka for 5-7 euro per trip, not per person.

A good place to have a business meeting close to Metro Station and on a main road with many busses which connect all ATHENS central and suburb territories. A good place for small to medium groups. The only difficulty seems to be the parking of a car.

Zafolia is a nice hotel in Athens. Rooms were clean and well appointed. Staff was very efficient, accommodating and helpful. The food was actually the best part. Great food! Even when we had to be out the door at 5:30am there was already coffee service in the lobby - SUPER helpful.

hotel has big rooms but the floor is concrete and is very cold, a large mirror faces the bed so i have to ask help from housekeeping to cover it and the lady was so helpful and totally understood my predicament, breakfast is usual but good, a short walk to the National Archeological Museum.

We stayed here as a group and the hotel was more than adequate for our needs. We checked in at 3am and were well received and assisted to our room. The room was large with an balcony, albeit with not much of a view. The bed was very comfortable. The breakfast was ok too with a large variety at the buffet.
