This hotel is situated in a narrow road where only 1 car can pass through. But keeping all such negatives aside, it is good place to stay for a day or 2.. until darshan is done. Near to needs and requirement, Railway station and most importantly near to food restuarants. Clean and comfortable stay that was for us.

Location is very bad. Its just a narrow street through which only one car could pass. There is no way for parking. Not worth the price quoted. Better options are available on the main road itself. Consider this only if you have no other option.

Room was clean and comfortable. It's in a narrow street but very close to everything. There was a bit of a snafu with booking price but that was the booking.com shady behavior. Place is well run with spacious rooms. Will happily stay again.

Near to the Train or Bus station. And we can get buses to Tirumala easily.
Quiet and neat rooms. More than value for money.
No restaurant near by, struggled for food as it was raining outside.
Staff and service was good.

Stayed here for 2 nights, booked via Travelguru and got best rate. Hotel was easy to spot. It's 5 mins from Tirupati station via auto rickshaw and bus stand is 2 mins walkable. Checkin and checkout was very fast and simple.
We were not given any towels(don't know if they provide) I didn't asked them as we had our own set of towels. Rooms were very clean, bathroom was very clean as well, contrary to the comments I see here. Room had a good dressing table and a large wardrobe. Hot water is available from 5am onwards.
There are many restaurants nearby, autorickshaw available at all the time. Overall a very good hotel with good accessibility and value for money. Definitely I'll recommend this to my friends.
