We stayed a couple of nights & loved the location & the scenery, the views were beautiful.
The breakfasts were very nice help yourself continental & eggs were cooked to your liking.
Rather than so many different varieties of bread we would have preferred less variety but the option of a full cooked breakfast of egg, bacon, sausage, tomato & baked beans.
On our first day/night there was a lovely receptionist who was very sweet & helpful but on our second day/night there was a very rude receptionist who offended us greatly.
For this reason I would never stay there again as unfortunately it ruined our day & put me off the place completely.
The bed was huge & comfortable & the bathroom was spacious with lots of hot water & great pressure.
However, the last thing a guest wants is to be told off by a member of staff for arriving for breakfast close to the end. The place wasn't full & we made it to breakfast in time. Being told off like naughty school children left a very bad taste.

My husband has stayed here several times on business. This is my first trip. The hotel staff and manager greeted us like family! They put us up in the best suite (with an ocean view). Everything is clean and nice. Just a short walk to the beach and restaurants. We visited Table Mountain, and the Botanical Gardens, the waterfront at Capetown all from here. Excellent food and service. i highly recommend this hotel.

The first thing I have to say about this hotel is it's staff and service are amazing.
A friendly bunch of smiling people (except the chef, she had to get up too early).
In arriving the documents are in place and everything ran smoothly.
I was a bit dumb with the aircon but help wax at hand immediately.
The personalised gift and card on the bed was a very nice touch.
Keep up the good work people.
A few niggles.
My TV had very few working channels. Not sure if it is a problem or the bouquet.
Breakfast was tasty, pastries were fresh but no real creativity. Good but boring.
Bedding and towels fresh an clean. Aircon a tad noisy.
Will be back. May bring the wife next time.
Keep your staff as happy as they are and help the chef with her burdens.

The venue was beautiful and it felt as if you were visiting somebody's house when we arrived. Then we entered the venue & what a beautiful surprise. The Manager Adele & Tamzyn were great. So friendly & helpful. The waiters, Robbie & Marshilino were absolutely brilliant. They welcomed each guess with a welcome drink. There service was excellent. We were 40 guests and we had a buffet dinner which consisted of a prawn starter, lamb & vegetables & dessert was malaria pudding which was good. The one cheesecake was not so good. Really good venue, good food.

A truly modern hotel - we stayed in a suite which was really awesome. Size was great and bathrooms were very cool. A short walk to the beach and many restaurants. Breakfast offering was good. Very peaceful area and not as busy as Cape Town central.
