Very close to subway/bus station; however, in a very slum area!
Subway station was so dirty with cigarette butts everywhere and no escalator! We did not feel safe at all.Large shopping centre by hotel but I could not stand another minute and walked out! Hotel is undergoing renovation: noisy, hard to get to your room (have to take 2 different elevators)There is a phone in the room but does not work!
Breakfast is not adequate since they charge 14Euros per person!
I would not go there again!

I booked two family rooms 3 months in advance for 360Euros (5 nights stay), the hotel have two types of rooms: refurnished and outdated, despite requesting the stay in the new rooms , the hotel always replied that its not guaranteed.the shower of the bathrooms leaked which created a daily mess, the other down side it the rooms were dirty specially under the beds, since having 2 kids every time they drop something under the bed i was terrified to look for it!! despite informing the friendly staff of the reception and their apology but the situation stayed as is, the good side about the hotel is the closeness to the metro station (150m) in addition to having \mini mall right next to it that has big supermarket, drugstore, C&A, H&M and small playing area which all opens at 0830, also, there are many restaurants in the area but doesn't seem very clean so dint try it

Be warned -Atlantis hotel is undergoing renovation ! It is as basic as you can get, but clean. Not in the greatest area but within walking distance to the main sights. Is it worth the cost... it's basic, clean and cheap with NO extra amenities, not even a refrigerator in the room, and NO ice available other than downstairs. The bed is ok and the AC works. The best thing about the hotel is the desk help- very helpful and always available.

The hotel is situated closed to metro station as part of large shopping centre. Reception is situated down some steps and out of view of stairs and lift to rooms. We were concerned about security as a result but it was fine. Cards were issued for breakfast which was plentiful. Room was small but adequate for short stay. It needed updating especially the air con unit- although it did work. Satellite tv was hit and miss. We did not spend a lot of time in hotel and it was easy to access sights via the metro.

The Hotel Atlantis (soon to be called Arte) is a contemporary construction in the city. Like any other place it has it's positives and negatives: negatives more than positives.
It is a new construction (infact under-construction) so the rooms are clean.
It is located very close to the metro line (hopping distance).
The staff offers the best smiles (they better do! ).
Breakfast is on time, with reasonable spread.
Now the real part.
As I told, it is under-construction.
I was at the forth floor: lift takes you to second where one walks for 150 meters, negotiating building material, take another lift for fourth where you walk another 200 meters to reach the room. Real problem for elderly people. It is easy to get lost,too.
No tea/coffee/kettle in the rooms.
No working telephones in the room.
Imagine having to ask for help from the reception- go up and down all over again.
Imagine a solitary person with a medical emergency.
It is very easy to get lost- in case of an accident it will be a nightmare.
The air conditioning was as good as non-functional. Repeated requests yielded a funny answer: too cold an interior is bad for heart !. With outside at 37 Celsius it was an ordeal.
The place is far from the tourist center of the city.
There is no view possible.
The management should ensure that clients are not allotted rooms that are difficult to reach, have proper phones and signages.
The staff did their best by being friendly and helpful- full marks to them.
