What People are saying
Excellent despite some minor things

My wife and I booked this getaway weekend to celebrate our 20th anniversary. After doing extensive research, I discovered Atlantis Inn. Of course, I read the Tripadvisor reviews and it seemed great so I booked it.
I chose the Versailles which was very nice. Room was beautiful and it had a Jacuzzi in the room. There was also a fireplace although it was too hot for it
Pros: Keyless entry is very convenient; no check-in or check-out required; lobby is beautiful; breakfast is included if booked directly through their website; Wifi is excellent (one of the best I ever encountered; usually hotel Wifi is very slow but not here); rooftop is open to all guest; brownies were served in the lobby in the evening; convenient location (walk to all major areas)
Cons: The reservation email did not confirm last 4 digits of my phone which is what they use as your keycode for the room. I emailed them but never received a confirmation. I called the day before to confirm my email was received; no one answered so I left a message (no callback). Also, reservation is required for breakfast and I was told I would get a call within an hour to confirm. Never received a call so I left a message. I did end up with a text confirmation. The communication is a little lacking so it could be better. Also you must park in the street. The ceiling fan blades were dirty and have not been cleaned in a long time (you can see the dust). My omelette was wet; not sure why although my wife's was fine.
Overall, this place is very nice so I will still rate it 5 stars. Highly recommended. Not a place for kids as this is really an adults only place.
Also this town basically shuts down for the winter and we booked on the last weekend where everything was opened. Guess they shut down after the first weekend in October.
Fantastic Getaway Location

My recent stay at Atlantis Inn, was wonderful! The inn is in a fantastic location, just a brief two block walk to the beach/boardwalk, and a short walk or bike ride to downtown shops and restaurants. The inn is charming, and was immaculately kept. My room, was both comfortable and relaxing. The keyless entry to the inn and rooms/suites, lessened the worry of remembering to take a key when you headed out to the beach. Parking was a few blocks away in a reserved lot and the inn has convenient loading areas that make arrival and departure from the inn stress-free! The staff; manager Mike and hostess Meredith, were friendly, charming and made you feel welcome immediately. Fantastic options for breakfast, lots to choose from. The omelets are excellent! Recommend the rooftop deck, it has beautiful view of the ocean and surrounding area, it’s comfortable style is great for relaxing in the sun or a quite evening stargazing!
Great Get-away

My husband and I had the opportunity to get away for a night and we're so glad we chose this Atlantis Inn! It had such class and charm. We stayed in Fiorenza, one of the smaller suites and it was perfect for us. The bed was comfortable and the sheets, pillows etc, very good quality. Our room and bathroom were spotless and everything was in working order. The young manager was very friendly and we enjoyed the independence of keyless entry. Ocean City is tight on parking and we found the reserved Charlie lot to be convenient-only about 3 blocks away. The Inn is also very close to the Board Walk. We like walking so it was a great location. The breakfast was amazing with lots to choose from made to order. We really hope to go here again. Make sure you read over the confirmation for the parking and breakfast reservation. I was a bit hasty and had to text the manager a few times. He got back to me immediately though.
Great B&B in the Ocean Block

My wife and I have stayed at many B&B's around the world and find the Atlantis Inn to be one of the best. The Portifino Suite at Street level with a private entrance was superb. The location is very convenient to the boardwalk and the beach. It is like staying on your own house. The only slight drawback is parking as it is not on the property. But since it is in the beach block and you can walk or bike anywhere easily, it should not be considered a draw back.
The decor was fantastic, the beds comfortable after a day at the beach. Having a full kitchen also is a plus that makes snack times easy.
Holiday Weekend Getaway

We stayed last weekend, leading into the Fourth of July holiday. We found the location of the Inn to be convenient. We did not mind the walk to the beach, or the off-site parking. The key pad on the front didn't work a few times, which was frustrating. We liked the key-less entry to our room, which worked great. We would have liked to have been allowed a small cooler for drinks in our room. Because Ocean City is a dry town, you have to bring any alcoholic beverages with you. There was a mini beverage fridge in the hallway, but it didn't chill our wine or beer very well. The only ice maker for all of the rooms is small, and the ice is the tiny cubes that melt fast. So making our own mixed drinks wasn't convenient either, and the ice melted very fast. Yes, we came to beach to to party! Seriously, it was very hot, and the lack of convenient cold beverages of any kind was a bit of a bummer. We loved the made to order breakfasts, fresh and delicious. The staff were all very nice and attentive. I had read that children under 13 were only allowed in the downstairs suites, but then we saw a young toddler on our floor. We did hear some crying during the day, but thankfully none at night. We had picked this Inn because we wanted a kid free experience, so seeing a baby/toddler on our floor was a surprise. The narrow winding staircase is a challenge, and would present a problem for some people.
