Atrium Hotel & Apartments in saint petersburg in nevesky prospect offers all its customer a very comfertable & great stay really an amazing hotel. Clean & up to the mark , very kind & supportive staaf over here. Really a hotel to be choose upon in saint petersburg. mornig breakfast was also good in hotel resturent. easily connected to all public transport though i used uber here.

We've stayed in Atrium Hotel for about a week during this July-August.
The location is good although not great: it is situated on Nevsky prospect in close proximity to bus/trolleybus stop and just a few minutes walk from the metro station, but it is not the "right" side of Nevsky (where Hermitage, St Isaac Cathedral and most other sightseeing objects located) so you really have to spend some time in public transport any time you're getting out the hotel. As a result, this was a good basis to explore the city, but I guess not the best one.
The clerks in reception are doing the great job: highly responsive and always willing to help you in whatever you need.
The room is well equipped including free WiFi, mini-fridge and the safe and was exceptionally clean and very well-maintained which is even more impressive considering the fact this is not 4-5* hotel. On the negative side the bathroom: extremely tiny sink (making it not trivial task to brush your teeth and such in the morning), the shower cabin is very narrow and there was a light smell of cigarettes all the time. One day we experienced a water supply outage during the morning hours, but this appears like major break in whole the block, not the hotel's fault.
The buffet breakfast is good (again, taking into account this is not top-of-the-notch hotel) with reasonable selection of food and beverages, but of course don't expect for any gourmet stuff there.
Overall we enjoyed our stay in this hotel which was really beyond the expectations and would definitely recommend it to other travelers who are seeking for a good value for their money.

The location very convenient-very close to the bus stop (and there are many buses all passing along the Newsky Prospect, so you don't need to wait at all to go to the center) and also close to the metro station (Alexander Newsky Plaza). The staff is very nice and helpful, rooms are decent, although I don't like the smell of tobacco smoke, especially in the corridors, luckily our room was not smelling very badly. The breakfast is acceptable, although rather boring, certainly you would not be hungry, but nothing makes you smile. The tap water in hotel is yellowish and has very strong, unpleasant taste, which you feels even in the strong tea- we had to buy mineral water and to borrow the electric kettle from the reception.

I selected this hotel because it appeared to be convenient, but it was not. It was down a side street from the main street it was supposed to be on; my taxi dropped me off where it should have been and was not. In subfreezing cold, dragging 35k of luggage and not having any idea where the hotel was, was not a good experience. It was clean, the shower very tiny and uncomfortable. And the heat was inadequate for late November, so I would not want to stay there further into the winter. The staff was generally polite.The breakfast was adequate. I would have preferred a hot water pot in my room, instead of a hot water dispenser on the other side of the building and actual cups or holders for the glasses so that carrying the water to my room was less painful.
