Stayed here for 4 nights in May. The location is great allowing for easy access to eateries, shopping and the beach. Larnaka is lovely and the people are really friendly. The apartments themselves are a bit dated and could do with refurbishment. We got a one bed apartment with sitting room/ kitchen and bathroom. It also had a small balcony looking onto one of the beautiful shopping streets. We arrived at 0130 am and had no problem checking in. The hosts were very helpful and friendly. We checked out at 1200 but we're able to store our bags in reception for the day as our flight was late in the evening. The rooftop bar and pool were great and very comfortable. Food is also available. Breakfast is good and reasonable for what you receive. I would return to this complex if in Larnaka again.

We stayed here for two weeks in April (Easter holiday) along with our daughter and her family. We found the staff very helpful and friendly and the Hotel was very clean and tidy. We had booked a studio apartment and found it was sufficient for our stay, Our daughter and her family had a one bedroom flat which suited them. She had booked her visit via Expedia and included in the package was Wi-fi and air con. We did not book with the same Company and therefore had to pay extra for these facilities if we wished, but we did not bother to take up as Wi-fi was available in the lobby and swimming pool areas and, due to the time of year we went, there was really no need for air con. The Hotel is a very short distance from the beach although you do have to take care in crossing the road, especially if you have small children with you. The only downside we found, as we had hired a car for the holiday, was the parking available in the Hotel. We had to first get a card to insert into the meter at their car park but, due to the one way system operating in the area, this proved quite time consuming in having to literally go around the block twice - once to collect your card and then again having to go around the block again to actually be able to park. Due to the very short distance to the beach and shops it is an ideal place to stay whether for a week or so or just a couple of days. The swimming pool was very clean, albeit a little cold due to the season. There did not appear to be a life guard on duty so, again if you have children, you would need to be vigilant as the pool is relatively deep for little uns. This was our first stay in this Hotel although we have been to quite a few others over the years. We would definitely come back again at a later stage in spite of the car parking.

Nice clean hotel, rooms are simple but relatively large. The staff is great, very helpful. Located a minute walk from the beach. It was quite cold so we didn't check the pool. Breakfast was nice and sufficiant.

Very old-looking rooms, with a smell of a different decade or century. The Wi-Fi is not existing, only in the lobby area. The bathrooms are not equipped with soaps and shampoos, only with a weird liquid for every use. The conference room is rather cold and not equipped with a carpet and no place on the walls to post your material. Also, it is unacceptable for a hotel to have two parallel events, one educational and on the adjacent room to have an orchestra. Disappointing in every way. Except from the service. The guys that work at the restaurant area are great! And the snikers cake is something that you have to try.

The room was an average size for a hotel-apartment. However, the whole hotel smelled like it was a bit damp and the room itself smelled mildly of pee as soon as we walked in. The pipes seemed to have a problem as toilet would not really flush even though we were careful not to put paper in as recommended.
The mattress was a disaster with both sides being kind of dented in. One side was really awful. We slept on it one night and then ended up bunking with relatives in the area (staying at a different location) for the other nights we were supposed to stay.
Staff were generally friendly as they told us that the rooms had no wi-fi and no they could not watch our luggage once checked-out but we were free to leave them unsupervised by the door if we wished.
All around, an unpleasant experience.
