Located in a nice and safe area of Lima.
There is a range of excellent restaurants within a 5 to 10 minute walk.
The staff is particularly courteous and helpful. Every other aspect is very good, although not quite excellent. In that sense the hotel is a bit overpriced.
A very good breakfast buffet is included, sufficient to skip lunch.
Very clean and well maintained throughout.
There are four elevators, so you never have to wait for one.
Rooms are quiet.
The beds are way too soft, even after the hotel installed a plywood board under my mattress.
Wifi works great.
There must be a hundred or so TV channels.
There is a small fridge and a safe.
A magnifying mirror would have been nice in the bathroom.
It took me over an hour to get to the airport at 10am. Allow more time at rush hour. Uber charged me less than a third of the rate quoted by the hotel taxi.

Reception service not friendly nor efficient.
i stayed several times in this hotel and I decided not to come considering the low level of client support. The infrastructure is good but not the service

Modern and well located, great service and staff. Events structure very good. Restaurant with good options of local cuisine and staff very well trained. The car service is a bit too expensive, so used only for airport transfer after first day.

This was the first and only hotel I stayed in Lima when we first arrived. The hotel was definitely nice and clean. The breakfast in the morning was delicious. The staff was very helpful and attentive. The only downside was the location to everything. We had to go out of our way to see other parts of Lima. If you are here on a business trip and just looking to get work done, this is the place for you, but if you want a little adventure, make sure you have plenty of money for cabs/uber!

Well located, very clean and well managed. Generally hotel food is just OK. But this restaurant is very good, excellent opportunity to taste the peruvian food. Only thing I would ask is to have available coffee machine in the room
