I arrived from the US to Paris and quickly went to this hotel based on the reviews online and I am so glad I did, it was the most amazing hotel (for the price) with a modern, art decor, large room with all the amenities overlooking my private garden with birds singing in the morning. The bathroom was clean, modern and better than many 5 star hotels. I had working wifi and my own espresso machine. This would have been a $1,000 a night room in Napa, CA. The room was clean, large, quiet, large bathroom, modern and sunny.
The staff was very helpful to book hotels for me in other locations since there was a holiday and weekend. I asked to stay as long as I could in the room but it was booked on the weekend.
The food was also fantastic value for the price. I had a 5 course meal for the price of a typical meal in SF. The meal was fantastic: from the service, wine selection, hospitality, food was delicious and the best foie gras EVER.
The location is unbeatable to visit the Chenonceaux chateau, get there after the crowds leave and before they arrive. The town is hard to get to without a car. I took public transportation and it took me 1/2 a day to figure out how to get there and on the way to the next hotel, it was also far and took another 1/2 day so a car helps this situation.
The hotel is in a tiny town by a beautiful vineyard.
I didn't want to leave.....the hotel was a great value and I will return.

I usually take the time to warn travelers with details so they can spend their money wisely and try not to just write a review with too many superlatives but this hotel made me love France and Paris. On my previous two trips to Paris I stayed in the city as I was passing through but this time I decided to spend a few days in the countryside of France.
The location was perfect as it was located at the entrance of a chateau so I could go after the crowds left and early in the am. The service from the front desk was very helpful to help me book my next hotel and provide tips on how to get there.
The service and restaurant was impeccable and dinner was truly amazing and relaxing. The food was delicious, 5 star and every detail was taken care of for me.
The room was phenomenal for the price. I did not want to leave and asked to stay as many nights as I could. My room was huge with a beautiful bathroom overlooking a garden with birds singing in the morning. It was heaven. Everything was new, modern, the wifi worked everywhere, the TV worked and there was an espresso machine in my room! The decor was modern and tastefully decorated. I could have moved into the room. The heat and air conditioning worked well.

This hotel was recommended by friends, and it lived up to all the good things they had to say. The staff was excellent and very professional. We were there for six nights and felt that this location made it so pleasant to "come home" at the end of the day. It is right next door to the beautiful Chateau Chenonceaux and close to many other chateaux in the region. The restaurant is very good.

we have stayed here two years ago.. we like the ambience of the place set in a village location and the family feel. staff are very friendly and helpful. the food is excellent and we would certainly stay again in the near future.
