Enjoyed a week in September and took advantage of spa, indoor pool, hiking trails and paddle boats. Dining was 5 star - courteous, friendly, and dinners exquisitely prepared! Kudos to the chef and staff! Front desk staff terrific as well, answered all questions in both French and English. A special thank you to the gentleman on a rainy labour day who spent considerable time on a ladder rectifying our wi-fi connection.

We went here for our first time. I really nice location and an extremity restful week. The staff are all very welcoming and friendly. The layout of the unit is very nice and it's quite clean.
however,
there was a funky smell in our unit and was there all week. I feel like the carpet should be changed and a coat of paint would get rid of the weird smell. The bed was the most uncomfortable thing to sleep on and it was great to get home to my own bed.
We spent some time in the pool areas. We loved the outside pool, fortunately the weather co-operated for the end of Sept and we could be outside and enjoy it. We also enjoyed the indoor pool and hot tub. The pool area walls and ceiling are falling apart and is in need of some TLC, as well, the hot tub could be cleaner.
I can see where this location could be top notch if some work was put into the facility, painted, repaired and cleaned. Some of the railings are loose and unsafe. Since this is a time share and people still pay to come I think that it needs to be brought back to where it was at some point.
Thanks for the relaxing time and I would love to come again and see if it is any better the next time.

My wife and I spent two relaxing days at the Auberge du Lac Morency. The property consists of rooms of various configurations (studios, suites, villas). It is well-maintained, clean and fully equipped. On site spa, indoor and outdoor pools, lake, well-marked hiking trails, tennis court. Beautiful setting. Friendly, helpful staff. Restaurants, shops, ski destinations, hiking trails nearby. Fun activities for children and adults. Highly recommended. I will review restaurant separately.

We stayed for one week and had a great vacation. Kayaked, swam in the outdoor pool, enjoyed the indoor hot tub, and the hot tub in our room. Our unit overlooked the lake and the 3 course meal was great.

1st impression Very clean, quiet place with a great view of the lake. We stayed in a studio unit which was small but we knew that since we were unable to get any other rooms. (so book early). Room was very clean. Bed wasn't the most comfortable we have slept in. Since room only had a microwave, toaster, toaster oven, bar frig and a coffee pot for 2 we brought a BBQ and a electric WOK to cook with. There is a great restaurant on site which offer a weekly special. 2 pools (in/outdoor) to choice from. Small beach area with lounge chairs. Paddle boats, boards, canoes available. People there were very polite. Things to do were limited due to weather. On site a SPA (which my wife enjoyed), ATV's or jeeps for those who want adventures. Walking trails nearby. Tours available to Quebec City or Montreal. We took drove to Mt. Tremblant and Tanger Outlet Mall. Yes we would go back if we got a larger unit.
