Friendly staff, but mostly talk
Lucas Oon 13/10/2017 05:00First looks are great! The place is nice and spacious, relatively clean and modern, and had nice outdoor space.
The service was not the best. We had to ask for things to be cleared out of our room three times before something happened. While eating, the service was a bit disrespectful. When serving wine, one of the waiting staff reached directly between a conversation interrupting without any consideration.
Overall we were unimpressed with the service, although the facilities and grounds were quite nice.

Sandy Ton 27/08/2017 19:20This is a fabulous hotel to come and relax! The rooms are very tastefully decorated and have everything you need. The terrace area is beautiful -- with a lovely fountain, comfortable tables and chairs, and beautiful flowers everywhere. The pool area is great also, with flowers and two spas. Very nice relaxing place to stay!!

Rob Bon 31/07/2017 01:40We stayed here 2 nights and were pleased with the hotel.The guy who checked us in was very helpful and spoke very good english.He gave us a very nice start to our stay.We stayed in a superior room.The room was spacious,clean,great blockout curtains,comfortable large bed.All the information at the hotel was also written in english which helped us alot.I would highly recommend this hotel.

Ismaup00on 10/07/2017 22:00I stayed in a Friday night, i wanted to stay Saturday too but the place was full. I enjoyed the outside pool and spas when the whether permitted, the inside pool was great for the kids with some games for them. There are two tables to play (air hockey and minifoot) in the way to go to the pool, but i think they could do better to entertain teens. I really liked the breakfast buffet with" eggs a la carte" and plenty of fresh fruits and viannosseries. Place is clean. I went to the "bistro" friday night to grab a snack, service was good but food lacked. Very small portion of calamaris and very bland nachos "read bad". Other that that everything was good, reservation, check in and out. Worth the visit but don't go to the bistro!
Beautiful Property and Wonderful Service
Ethanpooon 09/04/2017 22:54Stayed here for two nights on business. The hotel has great curb appeal and the lobby area was very nice. Check in was quick, and I was given a key card for the minibar and two card keys for the room--one of the cards needs to be used to turn on the lights, which was a new one for me. The room was spacious and the bed very comfortable. The bathroom wasn't too big but the shower had three different sets of jets and there was a t.v. screen in the vanity mirror. The hotel had a great restaurant that we dined in for dinner the first night. It was really good, but a tad on the pricey side (full dinner for me was just over $60). The breakfast buffet was great as well, with a sous chef on hand to make you eggs/omelets any way you like. The internet was a good speed as well, and there's a couple of desktops in the lobby if you don't have a device. I will stay here again when i'm in the area for sure.
