My partner & I got married at Audleys Wood on 6th Oct 2017 & could not have wished for a more perfect day. We had booked the venue 2 years prior to the date as we wanted to make sure we had plenty of time to budget & arrange everything. Our events co-ordinator Ashley had just joined the team at Audleys Wood & we were proud to be her first wedding booking. From the day we viewed the venue right up to our big day Ashley & the rest of the team were on hand to help us with anything, nothing was too much trouble. We can honestly say we do not have 1 negative about the venue or the staff.
Audleys Wood was the only venue we viewed together & we just knew it was 'the one.' The day ran perfectly & when Ashley finished for the day we were taken care of my Michael who we hadn't met before. Michael was vert attentive making sure we knew when each course was going to come out, that everyone was enjoying their meal & even had a back up for our music during the meal when our MP3 player ran out of battery.
We would highly recommend the venue to any couple looking for that personal touch with a perfect backdrop for their special day.
Massive thank you to Ashley & all the team who made our day one we will never forget :) x

Friendly staff, lovely clean Hotel in beautiful surroundings and a fantastic restaurant (reviewed separately) made for a memorable night away. Highly recommended especially if you like decent food. The head receptionist was also very helpful and efficient.

We visited this hotel for our 51st wedding anniversary so took their Romantic Break option that included DB&B plus a cream tea. This was outstanding value for money and the hotel was everything the Greenhouse in Bournemouth was not - friendly, welcoming and not needing pretension. I found the room and bathroom cleanliness far superior to many other hotels, some of which charge far more.

Location is really wonderfull, quiet with a lot green around hotel and in typical English style. Rooms are big enough for two persons and have all needed facilities. Restaurant is good, friendly and helpful staff.

We organised a champagne afternoon tea for 22 people to celebrate my mums hen do. We had the Sir Bradshaw Room which was lovely, lots of space. Was lovely the table was set out as one big table, made it really sociable :) The food was wonderful especially the fruit scones! There was so much food, they gave us some boxes to box up some bits and take them home. Lovely touch. The staff were really attentive. Would definitely recommend to anyone looking to book an afternoon tea here :)
