Awesome hotel have stayed here about 5-6 times now.
Staff are very friendly and professional when it come to dealing with customers.
The hotel is set in real spain not the Malaga type place.

Stayed for one night before taking the ferry to Ceuta. Arrived to a room with crumbs on the table and carpet, not very clean. Staff not so friendly, breakfast was pretty revolting. Weren't expecting luxury for the price we paid, but still expecting something a little bit better for our money!

This was an excellent value hotel with nice sized rooms (air conditioned). We stayed 10 days and rooms were cleaned and tidied properly every day. All the staff were very friendly and helpful and could speak English if needed, although were very happy to help you learn/improve Spanish too which made the holiday more fun. Breakfast was a good hot and cold buffet and set us up for the day. The on-site restaurant and bar also served food in the evening including a 3 course set menu which changed each day and was very good value at 10 Euros per head (June 2017). Algeciras isn't a "tourist" town but is a good place to stay to explore the area, including Gibraltar and for making trips by fast ferry to Morocco (we did both), and the locals are all very friendly and there is a good selection of shops, cafes and bars in the centre. We flew from the UK to Gibraltar and then just walked over the border to Spain and took a taxi (about 30 Euros) to Algeciras or you can also take the bus (2.50 Euros). The hotel has an underground car park although we chose to use public transport to get around. The modern buses/coaches are all air conditioned and run about every half-hour (for Gibraltar you go to La Linea and then just walk over the border - really easy) and there are bus stops right outside the hotel into town and the main bus station. The buses are also very cheap (especially compared to UK public transport prices). Tourist information can provide a map of all the bus lines and stops etc. We would certainly look to go back again although might hire a car next time (as the hotel has a car park) and we can then explore further afield where the buses don't run to.

Big room with big window. Very clean. Massive comfortable bed. Close to everything. Staff friendly. Quiet. Well priced at only 40eu per night. Very happy with stay. Would recommend to other travellers.

We travelled from carveiro as we wanted to spend the day at Gibraltar. Very modern and clean hotel. Friendly staff. Excellent rates. Only 20 minutes drive to Gibraltar so in excellent position as the hotels in Gibraltar are very expensive.
