I had visited this week, the staff is humble. Ms. Shraddha from front office was very helpful. Overall the rooms and Hotel as whole was very clean and pleasant, housekeeping staff made sure their efforts are reflective. Will love to stay again

I have been to goldfinch in bangalore and known its standard . The bangalore one is great .. mumbai one on the contrary is terrible. A so called 4-star but its like a 2-star. Not maintained at all. Rooms are unclean. Floor dusty, sheets not clean. It hd body hair on it which is disgusting!! I hd to change room thrice . The one im in now is better but still not living upto its standard. Went up for breakfast today and its got dirty table mats, dusty tables, unclean cutlery! To top it all up, its service is pathetic. Ask for anything right from room service to making u an omelette for breakfast , they take 30 mins with unapologetic staff.. all in all- pathetic! They charge u 5k for a room and i see no reason what so ever to pay even 2k for them. Attachin a few pictures of the dust in room, torn pillow covers and unclean tables at restaurant serving breakfast.

Stayed for 2 nights in transit for travelling to and fro from Singapore. Timely pick up and drop was arranged and the the rooms were good. Was lucky to get an upgraded room (suite) on my return. Good WiFi facility was there and the food was excellent. Managed to get an early breakfast at 0645 also to catch a morning flight. Did not have time to explore other amenities offered by the hotel due to paucity of time and also being in transit.

I wanted to try this hotel as I have visited the groups hotels in Mangalore and Bangalore. But trust this one is nowhere close.
The paint of my bath room's ceiling was coming out and was falling on the wash basin making you wonder what is this white powder all over.
The housekeeping is not at all on पर as you can see stains on the toilet floors and basins.
The doors creak while they open and close annoying you everytime you open and close them.
The restaurant is a big turn off. They don't bother what you ask them during the morning buffet making it a complete chaos.
The location is in midc making it not so good to have a walk after the night meal.
I will try this as a last option.
