The room was small but very clean. So was the bathroom.
Overall service was a bit slow so I was surprised at the other reviews which have applauded the service.
The location is in a side lane in the middle of a residential area and not so easy to reach.
For dinner, I ordered a Pizza from room service. When it arrived it was quite cold... seems they were ordering from some other pizza joint and serving it as theirs.
The invoice was at a price much higher than the menu placed in Room Service. They are cheating their guests.
in the morning, at the breakfast room, there was no room. Apparently, they would rather that people coming for a day conference have breakfast than their room guests.
This hotel seems to attract a lot of young crowd - maybe some nearly call center contracts them.

Firstly thanks front desk team to give me free upgradation into suite room. Rooms are amazingly design as each floor has it's own story. Rooms are neat & clean with all basic amenities provided by hotel. Patch of sky the terrace infinity pool is one of the best attraction, had good time there in evening. Staff is polite & helpful mostly the front desk. All in it was good stay in Aureole & would love to recommend this to all travellers.

I always stay at this hotel when I go to Mumbai. It's located in andheri. The outside of the hotel might not look much but from the inside the staff and the rooms are new and it's amazing with the facilities they have on board.

When travelling to Mumbai or wanting a break from your monotonous hectic life and don’t have enough days to plan an outstation trip. Just head to Aureole hotel located conveniently; just off the Western Express highway best suited if you’re on a road trip, about 3-4 kms away from the Domestic and International Airports respectively, if you’re travelling to India by air and at about 1.7 kms from the Andheri Station, making it a preferred destination.
Craving for a break is normal, but not getting enough leaves or time is even more regular, with such a career oriented life, maintaining a work-life balance becomes even more important. To achieve the same I booked a Suite at Aureole hotel to have a day off, and in the lap of leisure, rejuvenating myself.
I checked into the Suite, which has beautiful upholstery and polished wooden furnishing. Socked with Modern amenities, the air conditioned room also offers complimentary breakfast and WIFI if you book from their official website.
Once I entered my Suite, there was a safe box on the right, to keep any precious belonging, further there was a king size bed, perfectly made up. Further ahead was a glass sliding window, and next to it was the small working desk, filled with some munchies and coffee making machine.
The room had a huge bathtub on your right for a relaxing time, further ahead is the washroom and the shower.
On a relaxing trip, it’s too painful to grab yourself and go outside in search of a restaurant, Lume All Day Café - Aureole Hotel, Mumbai, a premier European restaurant solves that problem by serving delectable veg meals for the guests to enjoy the fullest.
Chill, Eat, Relax, Repeat has always been the motto when on a break, and Aureole hotel offers you facilities and services to achieve exactly the same. They also have a Terrace Pool, to chill, with a lounge restaurant called Patch Of Sky, located at the roof of the hotel that lets you enjoy refreshing beverages by the pool.
The hotel also has a Ballad Banquet Hall, perfect for personal functions or corporate conferences, Aureole Hotel has everything to keep your needs accommodated.

The location is prime for this one and this is why one won't get the reservations rather easily. The room in which I stayed was cramped for stay. The service is average. One has to remind the staff at least twice for everything one needs. The food is OK and the variety is limited. A note for non-veg enthusiasts, that you wont get here. Also the food is very expensive, may be that is the pitfalls in being Mumbai hotel. Hotel is neat and clean but with no view. An OK stay but don't plan it for your holidays.
