Great location near Beverly Hills. Reasonable prices. The pool was terrific for grandchildren. Rooms were sleek, modern and comfortable. The restaurant was first class. All service personnel were outgoing, friendly and helpful.

I stayed here on the 13th September. I had paid for my holiday through Virgin holidays. However when I cam home the hotel charged me another £2, 000 for my stay, which I had already paid, 2 months later I am still trying to claim my money back. I was told on the 7 th November that I would receive my refund in 2 days, it has still not been received, This ordeal ruined my 50th birthday trip as my credit card was then blocked for the remainder of my holiday due to this transaction. I am absolutely disgusted with how I have been treated and still have no idea how I can get my money back

Had such a great experience staying at the hotel. The hotel gave me a welcoming stay with helpful workers who made sure my stay is safe and the best one. I will definitely be staying there again when I fly in

This is my second time to stay at the Avalon Hotel and my experience has been beyond expectation. They noticed the side carry handle of my luggage has been broken and they’ve helped me fix it. This is something I didn’t experience even at international five star hotels. Their concierge is very nice and considerate and addressed my questions timely and properly. Location of the hotel is also prime and I can walk to some of my favourite restaurants and eateries like urth cafe, Brooklyn water bagel and the shopping area in Beverly Hills. I would like to come back again soon.

Took a quick one night trip up to LA from San Diego. The hotel staff was wonderful and accommodating. A nice clean room with nice linens and well appointed. My ONLY issue would be my preference of a softer mattress but I slept well! The welcome glass of champagne was a nice touch! We will definitely return and when it’s warmer will utilize the pool. The restaurant looked great but we didn’t have a chance to try it this trip.
