The room itself was big and the apartments are in a decent location. The negatives outweighed the positives though. The worst aspect is the smell of sewage in the halls which gets into the rooms occasionally. The hot water runs out after 3 mins and you have to wait until the tank heats up again, We had to ask for a hair dryer at reception and it didn't work properly. Some reception staff quite abrupt. Could hear the people in the next room talking. The beds are quite hard. Towels not changed every day. You get the gist!!

Great location. Rooms need updating but have everything you need . A smell of drains when you come out of lift . Would probably stay there again as it is central to everything but not in room 316 as it only has a small corner balcony which doesn't get any sun.

Clean and friendly place. Perfect to use as a base for holiday. Near to beach. Next to Old Town. 10 minutes walk to centre of nightlife. Shopping all around. Room not luxurious but definitely good enough for base. Has everything you need for cooking and big fridge.

we have recently come back from staying here 10th-17th oct the four of us in a 2 bedroom apartment. You get dropped over the road at a hotel, as the apartments are on a main street and cant be driven to, so it is extremely hard to find for the first time, but we made it after 15 of walking in circles and asking people! rooms are clean tidy and very nice, maid makes a bit of a big deal about sand in the room and things but that will happen when your at the beach everyday like we were! very big flaw to point out; there were four of us and every day we went to have a shower only one of us got hot water as it runs out after about 3 mins and you have to wait an hour for it to heat up again, which is terrible. it wasnt noisy for the couple staying in the back room of the apartment but for the couple staying at the front facing the main street where there is a cafe and shops just below is it a little noisy but bearable for most people. Beds arnt the most comfortable and you only get one pillow so i had to lie on the blanket you get. its literally 2 mins from the beach which is £4.50 each a sunbed a day, its in the old town and new town is about 10 min walk from the apartment, or theres a taxi rank behind the apartments, also along there is a supermarket called consum. our air conditioning wasnt working properly but they made the effort to get it fixed, kitchen ia decent. but no toaster so we were dissapointed to have no toast! but overall it was good would probably stay here again on a budget.

Great location in the heart of the old town. It is clean and the cleaners are on the go all the time. 5 min walk to the beach and about 15mins walk to start of the new town. Fridge/freezer, microwave, toaster and 2 ring hob . Good shower, shampoo and shower gel provided. Friendly reception staff too. We keep returning every year. Some great restaurants close by. Yes it is dated but we were on the top floor this time with a fab big balcony and we slept well. Hotel pool is great for just relaxing and chilling out. A special mention from my 2 yr old granddaughter to Mari Carmen a very caring receptionist who was most helpful .Hope to see you again soon.
