The room was great, staff is great and accommodating. I held a conference there and they were good with me and my attendees. Parking is reasonable. It's close to anything you would need and they have a shuttle to take you places. Close to beach. It's a little piece of European heaven in the middle of a city.

Free parking and Wi-Fi. No free breakfast. Decorated nicely. Tricky to get into due to freeway on ramp. Everyone was nice. Room was clean with microwave and refrigerator. Convenient for business in the LAX area.

I stayed for the first time the last day of October and I could not have had a better stay. I called the day before coming and spoke to Stephanie and then when I arrived at LAX called and spoke to Lincoln. Both were super friendly and helpful in assigning me a great room. I had a king size bed and the decor matched the rest of the hotel with beautiful art work and furnishings. The hotel is new and fresh, but has an old world charm rarely seen today. I look forward to my next visit, which will be in November. They have a free shuttle to the beach, which is very convenient!

A little dated and small pool, but very nice room, high ceilings, lots of space, etc. Close to airport and Manhattan Beach. A tad more expensive than budget places, but much nicer. Knowledgeable and nice folks working the front desk.

What a gorgeous and comfortable hotel! All that luscious wood and cloth—such a nice change from the usual hotel sterility. I think the only plastic was the room key. I've stayed in some hotels like this in Europe but very rarely in the US, and never in a building so recently built. I was there for a conference that included three buffet lunches. All were quite good, and the Mexican buffet was superb. And the staff is great. Everyone I talked to was friendly and helpful, especially Stephanie at the front desk. Food in the restaurant was quite good, too.
