Very clean, good hospitality. Yes, the elevators are a bit small, but so what..you're not staying in the elevator. Would definitely stay here again. And, included a hot buffet breakfast (although I wish it would have also included bacon. The world needs to realize that not everybody likes sausage..it's disgusting!!)

Nice staff and perfect rooms. Had no issues whatsoever! I left every morning around 9 AM and came back around 7 or 8 PM and the room was cleaned perfectly. The location is great and has immediate access to most places in Anaheim.

The hotel overall is nice. The staff is super friendly and very accommodating. The breakfast is ok, I wish they would have had more options for vegetarians or vegans. It was your basic egg, sausage, bacon, potatoes, pancake, breads, cereal, buffet style. The cleaning staff didn’t do a very good job. I had mentioned that they Shower was dirty and had footprints in it... and they never cleaned it. I ended up having to clean it myself. The elevators are the tiniest I have ever seen... the rooms had an awkward decor with a random fan in the corner of the room

Great hotel! Nice rooms, awesome free full breakfast. Free parking. The staff at the front desk were friendly and very helpful. I would definitely stay at an ALO property again in the future. I highly recommend!

Our overall experience was great the only complaint is the breakfast could be better. More variety better potatoes. 5e room was wonderful and the bed very comfortable. 5e staff was very friendly and helpful.
