I am an out patient of this place and come every few months for treatment for psoriasis . I have seen such a massive difference in my condition. I have my disease in control and the doctors have been helpful in making me see how I can improve my quality of life and make it easier to manage my condition. it has been a blessing to have found this place through a friend's recommendation who also benefited greatly from their inpatient services .
Beautiful resort...helpful treatments

This is situated in a lush resort which looks like a little Kerala village in the middle of nowhere. Calm and serene and soothing. Food is basic, but, I get that's their USP. Eat simple and light...so you can do that here for a price. :-) Treatments felt authentic. However, communication is a big issue here as many of their service staff know only Malayalam. So, just talk less, eat simple, read much and just gaze at the beauty all around...This is the place for all that.

Truly a sanctuary, great place to relax and rejuvenate. Each program is designed individually to suit your needs. After a Doctors consultation on your lifestyle habits and ailments, you are giving a daily program to follow. Your day can be busy as you will have 2 walk, 2 massages a day. Starting with morning yoga, meditation and breathing incorporated into the schedule, even so, you have time to relax. The food is all Ayurvedic vegetarian, plenty of variety to choose from, it was always fresh and delicious. All the staff there are lovely, caring and friendly. I liked the fact that even the staff played cricket in the evening to have fun. Not just work and no play. A real sense of community.
Considering India can be very crowed and a lot of hustle and bustle everywhere, this place is the opposite. You can connect with nature, the gardens are well kept, there are lots of animals on the premisses, owls, ducks, turtle, cows and even residence dogs. The dogs can be taken for a walk, but sometimes they can take you for a walk instead. An extensive library in a bountiful setting where you can borrow books and leave yours if you wish to donate. You can read or just chill out in the quite upstairs open terrace with comfy cushions to relax and have some alone time.
All in all it was a great experience, got to meet people from all over the world, I would definitely go back.
This is a great place!

I love the setting, with a beautiful garden and traditional Indian cottages. Service is excellent and friendly. Medical staff competent and look well after you. This is not a "luxurious" place in conventional terms, although I think it is real luxury because it is cosy and simple. I have a large room with a veranda where I hear the chirping of the birds. The place just feels right. And food -vegetarian- is excellent.
