The best feature of this hotel is the building itself. The architecture is really creative and interesting and makes great use of the space. The high ceilinged lobby is attractive and hung with nice artworks. With the adjoining small cafe/bar, it is a great place to hang out for a glass of wine, coffee, or the featured Yerba mate that comes complete with handy instructions for the uninitiated. The lobby flows through to an exposed brick atrium that lets the light in to the lobby and rooms. The rooms themselves are stylish, spacious, comfortable, and well supplied with good quality toiletries.
The rooftop features a gym, deck and plunge pool with open and shaded lounges to make the most of sunny weather. The roof is also the location of the highly rated restaurant, although be aware that this is only open a few nights of the week (not including the nights that we were staying so we couldn't try it). The roof is also where you will find the breakfast room but more on that later.
In terms of location, while the street directly outside may not be glamorous, you're only a few minutes walk from Plaza St Martin and an easy stroll from many of the city's attractions as well as restaurants and nightlife.
The one thing that in our experience really let down the hotel was the breakfast. We do understand that a typical breakfast in Argentina is not much more than bread / pastry, possibly with the ever-present (and delicious) dulce de leche and coffee / Yerba mate. We've stayed in similar places in Argentina with much more range than this, but the issue wasn't the range so much as the quality and care.
When we arrived to breakfast our first day only 2 of about 12-15 tables were occupied but the rest were all used, covered in dishes and food without being cleared. The buffet was mostly empty even though breakfast was still running for an hour. There was one poor staff member bringing out some food and a hotel manager? just sitting working on his laptop. The next day I looked at the small amount of scrambled egg in a warmer and I couldn't be sure it wasn't the same leftovers I had seen the day before; I picked up a dubious looking yogurt? and put it back down. The other man at the buffet at the time said he had done the same thing. Worse crime of all – in a city where every second store window is full of beautiful pastries, the single remaining croissant was stale. I then noticed a few others unfinished on the surrounding uncleared tables.
The breakfast was really such a shame as it was out of character for the rest of the quality of the stay. Most other reviews I saw didn't have this complaint so maybe the regular breakfast staff were off sick? I would probably stay at this hotel again but would book a room without breakfast and eat elsewhere.

A beautifully designed modern hotel in central Cordoba, with excellent public areas, especially the roof terrace.
Breakfast was good and the staff exceptional: the only reason I don’t rate it five stars is that our room was small, and despite lots of seating both inside and outside in the public areas there were no seats in the room.
That said, I would stay again if back in Cordoba.

This boutique has many interesting spaces, including a large terrace on the roof that we enjoyed a lot. The staff is super friendly, and the facilities are very nice. The breakfast is better than most in Argentina. The location is close to everything.

Very nice hotel once you get inside. Very small entrance on a nondescript street. Very comfortable and competent and friendly staff. Restaurant closed on Sunday but breakfast quite pleasant. Large comfortable well appointed rooms.

Although the hotel is on a selectivo (street with buses and taxis only M-F) they have managed to create a hidden gem. Only 15 rooms. The entrance is tiny but then you get off the elevator and it's a beautiful, welcoming, lobby. Modern and cozy at the same time with a tiny little wine/tea room! Perfect after an afternoon of site seeing. Staff is kind and professional. They are very attentive. The room was simple and stylish. The bed was very comfortable. The windows are doubled so traffic noise is minimized. Breakfast was fresh and delicious. Ham and cheese or yogurt and fruit, breads, cafe machine, juices. Plenty of space for the guests.
There's a spa for extra charges. But if you book an appointment, you can use the sauna, steam room and shower facilities in private. Lovely!
Highly recommend this hotel.
