My significant other and I stayed at the hotel for eight nights. It was our first trip to Lisbon and a good stopping off point for 4 tours. Hotel location was great. The hotel accommodations were superb and the service was excellent. Hotel concierges were wonderful in terms of general questions, dinner reservations, and even expediting getting our delayed baggage to the hotel quickly. Hotel has a very nice restaurant. Breakfast was delicious and included with our stay. Had 1 included dinner with our stay which was excellent. Highly recommended.

Couldn’t be in a more central area, close to everything, bars, restaurants, best custard egg tart shop, shopping, trams. Walking distance to many attractions.
Make sure you visit the Timeout market for lunch or dinner.
Make sure you visit the rooftop bar at sunset, gorgeous! Only disappointment was slow service there.

This is a fantastic located hotel and has TINY bathrooms and very small guestrooms (ours was small) - excellent Doorman, professional and delightful front desk staff.
What spoils this hotel is the unacceptable RUDE and yelling from the lady in the Panoramic Roof Bar who greets guests. She was yelling at one man in English, and then started shouting at us for no reason... the roof terrace was full and busy and people accepted to wait - but this person really should not be working in the service industry.
I decided to post this complaint as her appalling yelling and behavior was so unacceptable with us and two other guests - one I believe even called the manager...
Justin Bieber reportedly also had a problem recently with this lady and was refused
entry to the Roof Bar ...
The hotel has stunning views from the Roof Terrace - which we did not see because of the "Rottweiler" greeter.
The breakfast room is small and compact - good service And the hotel is in the heart of Lisbon's Chiado

This is a terrific hotel right in the heart of Lisbon. It fronts on a very busy square that is walking distance to more bars, restaurants, stores, and sights than you could count. Despite the activity outside, the rooms were very very quiet. Service at the hotel is friendly and prompt. In a first for me, the concierge came to our room to discuss restaurant options and review menus. The roof top bar is comfortable and intimate with a terrific sweeping view. I highly recommend this hotel.
