does what it said on the tin, B &B. clean and tidy, just needs a little updating- freshening up, having said that it is reasonably priced.Breakfasts were fantastic everything you could want and more, they catered for coeliac although had to explain beans had to be a specific make to be gluten free- however gluten free bread and cereal were provided which was a big bonus=thank you

Couldnt wish for a better stay and staff so helpful couldnt do enough for us.My disable husband was given a lower room and we were given use of side door for better access rather than use the front stairs.Room 14 has a lovely garden area to sit in on a nice day.Breakfasts were fantastic everything you could want and more

Positives - the location as close to the centre of Southport. The staff were very pleasant and helpful. The hotel is clean.
Cons - it is very tired and dated. It needs some investment to smarten it up. Having said that it is reasonably priced.

Just returned from one nights stay. We have stayed before and returned due to great location and comfortable rooms. We were welcomed by a lovely lady on reception. We were in room 9. Very big room with the comfiest bed!! Very well located for the Main Street. Shopping bars restaurants easy to reach. As is the lake and pier. The breakfast was very good served by a lovely lady Very helpful. Variety of continental breakfast. We had the cooked one very nice. This is an older building but for the cost of the room you definitely can't grumble. We have booked for Boxing Day and 27th . Looking forward to returning. 😀

We stayed here for just one night...thankfully. our room was tired and old. The bathroom jyst the same. I slept fully clothed as did not want to get into bed. We would have left but everywhere was fully booked due to the air show. Would not recommend!
