We stayed here to attend a concert at Royal Farms Arena.
The Good:
1. We arrived early and we were so happy that they let us check in early!
2. The front desk staff was incredibly friendly and accommodating.
3. Our room was very nice and clean. The wood furniture is worn but the bathroom was spotless. The carpet was clean. There weren’t any strange stains anywhere. We really enjoyed the room.
4. We loved having a mini fridge and coffee maker in the room.
5. WiFi is free if you’re a member of the rewards program.
6. The was a robe in the room.
7. I checked in using the Marriott app prior to arriving and it actually worked! The check in process at the front desk was literally less than one minute. They already had my room key ready.
8. The pizza at BricknFire Pizza Company in the lobby was absolutely amazing!! They delivered the pizza to our room.
The Bad:
1. There’s currently construction on Eutaw and it makes getting to the entrance of the hotel very confusing.
2. The first room they gave my husband and me had two double beds. But they immediately rectified this by upgrading us to a king room on a concierge level! Technically, this comment should be in the “good” section.
3. The soap used for bathing was pretty bad. No matter how hard we worked, we couldn’t get a lather to save our lives.
Next time we’re in the area, we will definitely stay here again!

Great place in close proximity to the convention centre, the yard restaurant has great choice and the staff at both front office and restaurant are great help.I would recommend it for any business event

stayed at this hotel over the weekend, and I could not be more happy with the level of service that was offered. The Front Office Manager and his team went above and beyond to make sure that I was taken care of. I checked in with Albert, he was very pleasant and knowledgeable. He quickly assigned me to a room, and informed me of how to get to my room, and was pleasant the entire time. I enjoyed the breakfast buffet the next morning, and was very impressed with the extensive menu. They had sausage, bacon, cooked to order omelettes, grits, fruit, and more! I wasn't expecting all of that! I would certainly recommend this hotel and will booking my next reservation soon!

This was a great hotel to stay in! Very conveniently located near M&T Bank Stadium and Oriole Park at Camden Yards and also the Inner Harbor. I recommend this hotel to anyone visiting Baltimore. I enjoyed my stay here.

The staff was outstanding but that was it. The room is average but clean. Bed was not comfortable especially the pillows. The only plus was that it was close to the Convention Center. For the price you can get a better room elsewhere.
