A very beautiful old hotel with very nice staffs. It has a really lovely atmosphere and I really love it! They have a very nice new year party every year specially when Mr Perera was the manager it was really great!

This hotel was not to my taste, I found the colonial rooms more like a Victorian prison decor. The toilet faced the bath with barely enough room for your legs. The door to what I presume was a type of shared balcony was beside the toilet and only had a small shoot bolt for a lock.
The food served for the evening meal was awful and breakfast wasn’t much better.
Totally over priced, would never return or recommend.

Hotel located at the prime area offers an amazing, mesmerizing view of the hills at night time. Its a colonial building which takes you to the past. It is still maintained so superbly and gives you a beautiful feel. Rooms are good and okay though not more spacious. Bathrooms still could be maintained properly and cleanly. Wifi access is an issue. Food are good and staffs are warm and friendly. Weather was amazingly superb with a nice drink in the evening on the outside garden area will really leaves you so zapped.

This hotel is located in the middle of the Bandarawela town. it has a colonial look and hotel tries its best to preserve that oldish look. rooms were good and the service was very good. we enjoyed the food and overall it was a good experience. it is good to have a electric kettle in the room.

Stayed here for one night! Very kind staff. Hotel very oldfashioned and built in english colonial style. Rooms ok without airconditioning and with a wastable. Toilet in bathroom but not very handy for people with long legs. If sit on toilet better put your legs in the bathtube🙄😝Very good dinner and compliments for the cook!
