Hotel located in industrial area. Modern decorated hotel with very friendly staff. Rooms are nice and medium sized. Free parking in front of hotel. Free WiFi that worked well. We had a dinner in the hotel because we were too tired to go out and search for restaurants and quality of hotel restaurant food was ok and prices almoust same as somewhere else. Inside is machine for late check-in so You dont need to drive fast :) Air conditioning worked well and everything was just fine except of bathroom basins and shower. They were clogged and water in the toilet was very poor preasured.
Correct price/quality. Exactly what you can expect from this type of hotels. If You are searching for luxury hotel in Bologna You will need to pay more...much more because this is not luxury hotel but it is very nice ( except of bathroom :( ).

My wife and I stayed here for a couple of nights. As with all B&B Hotels, there were no surprises here - small, but well furnished room, Free WiFi, TV, AC, comfortable bed, very clean, and added feature was the balcony. Hot and cold breakfast sold separately. Registration on-line and check out are straightforward. The hotel is located in a commercial district, so a car is a must to get around.

Best hotel bed ever.
We stayed for 3 nights with a group from Hungary. Nothing special. We didnt stay in the hotel, breakfast was enough. The room was clean, WIFI worked well, and it was easy to connect. Bathroom is OK.

The hotel is literally in the middle of nowhere. We arrived at about 11.15pm and there was no parking so parked at the back of the hotel. No hotel staff so had to check-in by a machine which asked for a confirmation number in which the hotel never sent one! We managed to speak to someone who didnt quite understand. Eventually got let in!
Room was ok. Only 2 plug sockets. Quite simple. Cant fault it for the price. Everything was basic.
The location isnt convenient if you dont have a car but if your looking for a basic place to stay short term then the price is probably worth it.

I stayed during the Cersaie Tile fair so prices were doubled. So I can only review this Hotel based on the money I paid 160 EURO / night for a room with 2 single beds and free wifi.
Room was reasonably clean apart from mold below the windows and in the shower.
I guess the room must have been a smoking room because it is nearly impossible to get rid of the smell.
Room was serviced daily which was good.
Reception was excellent and the people I dealt with could not have been more helpful.
The hotel is about a 20 minute cab fare from Bologna Central. Out taxis ranged from 12 Euro to 20 Euro.
We paid an extra 7 Euro / Day for breakfast, which was okay.
