Great staff, friendly and obliging with quick and easy check in.Room 26 was in the attic without a view. Disappointing room space and bathroom quality as on a slant but the breakfast compensated.
Accommodation in need of modernising.

Stayed for four nights mid November. Weymouth was very busy but managed to get a good deal. The room was very nice although it could do with some tlc. I enjoyed my break and liked the idea of the TV and coffee room. All staff were very friendly. Breakfast had plenty of choice. Although the sausages weren't to my taste

Excellent service in perfect location. Staff is friendly. Very good fresh coocked breakfasts.
Rooms very basic (some items need renovation). Location is great with a minute walk to the city centre / beach / train station / bus stops.

Really liked the location, parking was easy and enjoyed seeing weymouth. Liked the free coffee service thought it was a good call. Staff were really friendly and extremely helpful. Would recommend it as a great place to stay very reasonable price also

First impressions were not as good as the 'real thing'. Have to ring intercom and if receptionist is not at her desk, you have to wait on the steps with luggage. However a very friendly welcome once inside and quick check-in. Escorted to room (could be up a number of stairs) but the whole olace is very clean and our room had crisp white cotton bedding and fluffy towels. Central situation for walking to shops, close to bus stops and parking permits are available for nearby streets ( advise reserving one if needed before arrival). Breakfast freshly cooked in kitchen open to dining room. Good choice of food.
