This hotel has all you need for a business trip. Great location. International restaurant. Friendly people. Clean. Quiet big rooms with the city view, and full amenities that will make you to come back on your next trip.

Spacious hotel in Shenzhen. Big rooms but not everything works as it should - my toilet for example. Also, could not find ironing equipment in the room.
Other facilities include spa, swimming pool, Chinese restaurant, Western restaurant, several bars. Chinese food was average, breakfast nothing special, rooftop bar a disaster (basically a random bar with very limited choice and big balcony that had two tables).
Lot of room to improve to live up to the wish of 5 stars

My first time and felt good with overall services and facilities. Many staff can speak English and helpful.
Average breakfast selection and good neighborhood if you want to see local life, the hotel is surrounded with some local shops. Close to a people square where you can see people are dancing in the morning and evening.
They have shuttle bus services every 2 hours but you should book.
Sure will come back.

My first stay at Boalilai International Hotel and what a great 5 star hotel.
I was offered a complimentary room upgrade with a king bed. The room was very nice and clean, beautiful furnished and spacious.
Breakfast was excellent, with an extensive selection of food. Also enjoyed dinner at the revolving Phoenix Court restaurant on the 24th floor.
All the facilities provided such as the swimming pool, the gym and also the billiard room was superb.
Checking in and out was quick and easy. The staff was very efficient and professional.
I would happily return to this hotel in future.

This hotel is nicely located in the middle of a district with little shops. Most people staying here are Europeans. The hotel offers several restaurants, pool, gym, spa... . Prices at the restaurants are high compared to the restaurants close by.The rooms are very clean and spacious. For Chinese and especially Shenzhen standards this hotel is above average. Beware of people in the lobby asking for business cards.
