My wife and I stayed here for a recent weekend getaway. Simply put, we are definitely going back. The location is ideal with it's close proximity to downtown. The view of Frenchman's Bay is amazing. And the room with the fireplace and the most comfortable bed we have EVER slept on in any hotel. The lobby in the morning with the piano music playing and complimentary coffee was the perfect place to get work done. The only bad thing about our stay was the pizza we ordered off the room service menu. It was simply disgusting.

Stayed on the second floor OceanView room. I really like the view of the ocean and islands. Nice view of sunrise over the islands. Beds are comfortable not to soft, more on the firm side. Balcony is very nice with 2 comfortable chairs. TV can be turned to view from balcony, nice to watch college football outside when weather permits. The Inn is located on the ocean path and by the town pier. Morning walks or jogs along the path are great. I just find everything about this Hotel and location to be great. I stayed in early November so room was discounted which helps. Summer can be pricy.

A lot less expensive in the offseason for the same room. Would highly recommend paying the extra for the 2nd floor balcony. Great views. Walking distance to lots of shops and restaurants. Can't speak to in season rates but all the amenities were as advertised and was a steal for what we paid.

Bar harbour inn was cost effective and right in town. The staff were nice and the continental breakfast which is included makes this a bargain. Close to the Acadia park and there were still enough bars and restaurants open to make this a great trip without the crowds.

We had the most wonderful stay at the Inn!!! We had an ocean front room with the most spectacular view! We have a romantic dinner at the restaurant in the Inn! The lamb chops were outstanding and so was the service.
What a wonderful place to stay!!!
