We stayed here in November on S/C basis. Little bungalows are lovely. Has shutters on both sets of patio doors which allowed you to leave doors open all night for fresh air. The only bad comment would be that the shower tray is very very slippery, not a problem for us but could be for older guests, maybe a note in room offering a mat.
We didn’t dine in the hotel at all as so close to local restaurants and bars.
The location is good as close to the beach, can also cut through the hotel grounds (we were opposite reception, across the road) for a short cut to the shops/beach.
If it wasn’t for a really bad experience at Stansted then we would have had a great holiday.
Would highly recommend this hotel and we will definitely be back.

overall good experience with one exception.
Excellent access to the beach with options of 4 pools 2mini golf and theatre for entertainment.
Beware of La perlita pizzeria, not only was food cold I found the staff had issues with customer service.

First time in that place. Late(November)..period, however temperatures were quite ok. Hotel located perfect. Food excelent(variety/quality)...small problems with technical state of apartaments. SErvice helped very efficiently in apartament change and/or fixing problems with air condition.

Family holiday with 2 kids aged 10 & 6. Great weather all 12 days. V impressed with hotel - its huge and can take a few days to figure out short cuts using various gates.
We stayed in area 3 by the childrens pool - great bungalow with basic cooking facilities and own balcony. Probably a little dated for some but more than adequate for a family with young kids to eat, sleep and chill.
Reception staff very helpful - visited a few times and always received a pleasant & helpful response.
Pool - cold at times and salt water takes a bit of getting used to.
We were self catering but did attend the eating area for all inclusive - looked impressive with a huge range of food but most tasted poor and luke warm at best.
Because we went end of Oct., surrounding area was not as active as I've heard during the summer so we were tied to hotel entertainment - 1 or 2 good nights but rest were really poor which I've heard is very unusual for this hotel but again guessing as Reps were going home, we got the substandard events. We also didn't realise that there was entertainment in the main hotel as well as the peer so def worth looking at whats on it both.
All in all a good holiday - not our best but certainly not our worst - we understood to get the sun, we would have some downsides but with 28-30 degrees daily - we were more than happy

We usually holiday in Tenerife but fancied a change this year and what a lovely surprise we had. The resort is idyllic, a beautiful sweeping bay and the hotel resort spread out along it which was a lovely walk each day in the sunshine. The accommodation was perfect, a little bungalow in lovely grounds just a short walk from the beach. The food was ok, just as you would expect , and the all inclusive drinks worked well with different bars serving at various times of the day and evening, We found the evening entertainment quite poor but it wasn't a problem as we were happy to sit outside on the marina which was beautiful. Will definitely return!
