Lovely hotel in beautiful gardens, we had a pool view room which was lovely very clean
with excellent shower room ( could do with a few clothes hooks in shower room).
Good food with plenty of choice both meats and fish, staff friendly and helpful.Due to
end of season not much outside the hotel shops closed down but lovely walks along
the prom, beach great watched fishermen each day. Local bus into Ayamonte easy
access.Animation staff great made a fantastic display for halloween, all the staff dressed up dining staff made special cakes lovely touch. Would return to hotel.

Lovely modern grand hotel.
Gardens elegantley decorated with fountains and water features.
Large swimming pool with child safe area, decked out with patio furniture.
The beach is 100 meters away via a quite road and hotel gated access.
Shops and restaurants all nearby.
Staff uniformly friendly and helpful.
special mention to Lago who helped me with a puncture, and reception staff Angela Medina.
Hotel run "animation team" through out the day, and entertainment in evenings.
To summarize.
Good quality 4 star hotel.

We visited in the 3rd week in October and had a relaxing time. Good food Good drink, excellent staff and well maintained throughout.
We asked for a high floored room and we were not dissapointed. The hotel was busy - surprisingly due to the time of year , with all Nationalities.
Downside was the immaculately clean pool was very cold but then we were nearly in November.
Entertainment was Ok and there if you wanted it. I would imagine during the summer the hotel would be very busy.
Outside the hotel the beach was beautiful with over 6km of sand and well kept by the local council with hardly any pollution.. The downside the majority of small bars and shops were closed for the end of the season, which did not bother us as we were all inclusive. BUT the hotel is situated and surrounded by what can be only be described as purpose built Condominiums for the Spanish and other nationalities plus a number of hotels. The whole area has a "Purpose "built village feel but not a community (as no one was around ) There is a small harbor some 3km walk away. But again this area was very quiet. I assume in the summer the whole area would be packed. A local bus to the main village and a ferry across the river to Portugal should be on your agenda , as well as a trip to Seville ( well worth traveling 2 1/2 hours).
Overall Hotel Very good and well worth the money. Location great with a fantastic beach ( the hotel is 20 metres away). But the actual area very little to see and do within walking distance .

I had a wonderful 3 night stay with my 2 teenage daughters. Relaxing in a lovely environment where staff were so helpful. Not a lot to do outside of the hotel, but that suited us fine, the beach was super and there are some nice snack bars on it. Room quite small for the 3 of us, but was immaculately clean and well equipped. food was very good.

As usual our experience did not disappoint. Plenty of space both outside and inside including restaurant and bar. We noticed that quite a bit of refurbishment has been carried out.which made the areas even more attractive.The beach is beautiful and good for long walks. It is also so close to the hotel. A very peaceful holiday experience.
