We got the family room with 5 beds, and it worked out fine.
Breakfast was served every morning and was nice.
Service level was good and help was received when asked for.
Location is great - we walked to all activities.
Simply Recommeded!

We had a good night's sleep here, even though the hotel was busy the room was very quiet, the bed very clean and comfortable, our room facing the front road and other hotels. Our bathroom was clean and new, the water was luke warm in the afternoon but hotter in the evening. I am not sure how the heating worked- we didn't have any in our room and breakfast finished 9.00am on a Saturday which is way too early- we got there at 8.45 and the cooked breakfast was all gone, had eggs made to order though. The price for a stay in Paddington and near the centre is reasonable, I have paid way more and for much lower quality, so I am happy to stay again especially when their renovations are finished!

We stayed at Barry House for 7 days whilst in London. It is in the perfect location, close to the Tube, buses, Kensington Gardens, Hyde Park, Heathrow and a short walk to Oxford Street for some shopping. BH has just been taken over by new owners and they are doing some renovations to all rooms and bathrooms which is probably overdue so kudos to them. We loved the breakfast and were really happy staying there and all staff were so helpful and so friendly. The hotel was very clean and tidy. Would we stay at BH again?....sure would, and once the place has a spruce up it will be even better than it is now.

My friend and I stayed at the Barry House for a week while visiting London. It was clean and comfortable. The owner is making some renovations and it should be even better than when we stayed. The breakfast ladies are wonderful. Everyone was responsive to our needs. Very close to Paddingston Station and the Heathrow Express. We will definitely visit again.

Hotel is at excellent location. 15min. to Heathrow, 20min. to city center. Neighbourhood has many places where you can eat or buy some goods even late at night. Personel is very helpful and polite. Two sisters are serving breakfast and are hospital and very nice to talk to. Place is peaceful, clean and quiet.
