We stayed in this hotel for 2 nights. We had a room for 4 people, which was so spacious and the beds are comfortable as well. Breakfast was good, but be prepared to wait at least 45 minutes when you ask the lady to prepare you some eggs. The hotel should find some kind of solution for this, because waiting for more than 45 minutes just for eggs is too long. Aside from the breakfast buffet was perfect. The rooms are clean at first sight, but when you look under the beds, it's as if the place hasn't been cleaned for months. However, the staff is friendly and we had a nice stay.

I stayed there on tursday 3rd october
Aftet settling in to my room i decided to go have dinner
AFTER WAITING 30 MINUTES to get my order taken by the receptionist ....
I ordered the onion soup which was not hot at all warm looks like it was put in a microwave and for main meal rumpsteak
I recieved it like it was raw as soon as i cut it the blood filled up my plate
I called the waitress who took it back then the 2nd time round was exacfly the same
I declined to eat it and she took my plate away and noone even offered ne to eat anything else nothinh that was that and i still dot charged for a cold soup
Totally unnaceptable
I will never come here again

We arrived after midnight and had to buzz for some time to be let in, the room was very old and dirty, dust, stains and hair everywhere. Breakfast was even more fun, we ordered omelettes but after waiting for nearly an hour we left without nothing! The receptionist didn't want to look at the room or pictures I have taken However she did refund us for breakfast which we never had. We had deluxe rooms BUT they were definitely not deluxe at all! Good job we stayed just one night. It's absolutely not worth €115!!

Staying in Hotel Apeldoorn Het Loo gives you the opportunity to walk to the nearby palace Het Loo. Here some nice exhibitions take place, or you can take a walk in the palace gardens. Also it is close to the "Kroondomeinen", a wonderful area of woodland, right behind the palace.
If you want to visit the city of Apeldoorn it is also very close, with the beautiful Grote Kerk at the other end of the "Loolaan". But if you want to travel further away, you can easily reach the bigger motorways. Staying here, where the hospitable staff makes you feel at home, is a nice experience.

Yesterday in the official webpage of the hotel I made a reservation and paid it. A few seconds after, when I received the confirmation I checked that due to the time preassure I made a mistake with the arrival date (one day before I needed). I called inmediatly to the Hotel, explained the situation and tried to change it... it was totally impossible... I asked to talk with the manager and the receptionist told me that she was the manager... without the intention of helping... no exist... impossible solution... nothnig to do... only interested in getting the money. Frustrating... really bad service. I was very sad and upset.
Luckly for me, I called to the central sales department and they solved this issue in 3 seconds.
I will never go to this hotel with this incompetent and unprofessional staff. Terrible service and feeling.
By the other hand I apreciate a lot the help of the sales departament.
