This place is basically a building with a bunch of rooms and nothing else. There is beach access, but one needs to walk a good 300 meters before reaching the shoreline. Somehow they have a pretty good swimming pool.

'Blink and you miss it' such is the entrance of this hotel. Though on the main road, the hotel is set a bit in the interiors. Since, we had an evening flight, we reached this hotel by 12 in night. The staff was helpful and helped us to our room.
Room was amazingly spacious. Our plan included breakfast but I found i to be okay.
The swimming pool is good and you can spend some time relaxing.
The place is around 20 mins away from seashore temple and you can easily get a rick from outside the hotel. This is a budget hotel and do not expect a 5 star treatment.

I will never recommend anyone to stay in this hotel. The service is terrible, the staff is just not interested in catering to the guests. The food was horrible and stale for which they were charging an exorbitant price. The so called super deluxe room had a dirty, smelly loo and the view from the room was of a garbage dump, created by the hotel staff by throwing the garbage straight out of the balcony of the rooms.
We called to speak to the manager and we were told by her that she will speak to us in the morning. In the morning when we asked the staff about the manager, the staff called back and told us that she was in the bath and will speak to us later. After 1 hour we asked to speak to her and we were told she has gone to the temple. We never received any call back from her.

Pluses:
1.Location at entrance of Mahabs.
2.Close to A2B and Coffee day.
3.Rooms are neat in decor probably as it is new
4.Swimming pool is very good.
Minuses:
1.No WIFI during our stay.
2.bathroom door got jammed and had to call for service multiple times to get it open.
3.Cockroaches filled room
4.Light switch shared between bathroom and makeup mirror which meant that if you went to loo at night, the whole room lights up with the powerful make up mirror.
5.Very poor and borderline rude service team.
6.No bill presented while checking out even if our booking was through Makemytrip.(others provided a bill and welcomed us back again. Here, it was like we are leaving and they were like so?)
7.Terrible restuarant. We took a table and couple of cockroaches ran out from under the table. We moved to another and got a swarm of mosquitoes. We moved to A2B for food thereafter.
8.No private beach.
9.No towels were given to us for swimming pool and when asked, we were asked to bring our own.
10.Balcony has direct view to garbage dump.
Overall, a forgettable experience with such a waste of wonderful property in the locale. Change the team and this place could be gold. For the price they take, it is not value for money at all.

Its an nice hotel to stay ...we enjoyed the stay....the staff r good ..v helpful...fòod s v good..and its easy to go visit the places since most places r near by..its on the side of Chennai rd..not far from town...
