Katherine Pon 21/11/2017 04:48No problem checking in. Staff was congenial and helpful. Rate was excellent. Room could have been cleaner. Bathroom needed some updating, but was clean.
Maintenance needed
mickeythekon 14/11/2017 21:32Although the staff were friendly and tried to be as accommodating as possible, the facility is in need of repair and maintenance, at least in our room. The shower curtain bracket was almost off the wall, same for the toilet paper holder. The hair dryer sounded like it would blow up, so we used our own. The toilet seat was loose. The free breakfast was very ordinary.
A Cut Above Average
Doug Hon 09/11/2017 12:52The Baymont is a cut above average. The room was clean and the bed was very comfortable. The staff were friendly. It is within a short walk of the Texas Steak House. The seniors price of $77.00 US makes it good value
Always a Good Stay
jkhd7on 04/11/2017 19:03I try to stay at this location every time I travel through West Virginia. The rooms are large and clean, and best of all, the staff is always friendly and helpful.
