The Baymont Brand is in serious jeopardy if it allows this place to remain open. It should be closed for business until a major investment is made to improve. Very damaging to Baymont brand!! Someone in middle management needs to be fired for allowing this to happen

For the money it really was not bad. Room was clean. Staff very friendly. The only complaint I have is that the bedding was very dingy and stained with holes. They definitely need to invest in new bedding.

The staff were very nice. The breakfast was fantastic. The beds were very comfortable and enjoyed having double queens. Gave us plenty of towels as we requested. Were very accommodating to change rooms when an issue with pf plumbing issue. However in middle of night I saw two roaches on the wall. Also ants were on table we ate on the night before. I let the staff know the next morning. I hope they addressed this. I was not offered any discount or refund and I feel I should have been compensated something for dealing with this.

Hair in sink. Hbo advertised. No hbo. Lamp by window not working.
Parking lot is pot hole city.

Was dirty toilet plugged roaches in room will never stay there again service was bad no clean towels we had to ask
