During my month long stay the GM was always rude. Staff was wonderful, until the GM left. Then one of the girls was putting me in rooms and pocketing my cash then eventually my card was charged. One night this woman was on the clock wasted.

At check-in I was upgraded to a suite because if my rewards status. At checkout however I was charged the suite rate which has still not been corrected but I'm sure will be. The suite was spacious but the finishes and decor were dated and worn. The shower curtain rod was loose and unstable. The shower curtain was about a foot too short which allowed water to run onto the floor

I went in my room to lay down for a min felt something on me looked it was a red and black bug on my arm killed it then look around it was like 40 of them in the room!! Call the front desk and ask them to come to the room to see this he moved to the room across the hall later that night what did i see more bugs all in the bed like they paid for the room!! Tell the front desk about and was told it's just that time of the year!! Smh i go out to eat and come back find out they gave my first room out again!!! And i can hear him in there trying to kill bugs!!! I can believe they did that!! Never offered me anything because of the bugs had to pay a 120.00 for another room for my girlfriend because of the bugs. Could not get a refund for the nights i paid for!! No one from management never called me back I was totally upset at the trip because of the condition hotel. I would Love a call from management 7342990506.

I really enjoyed my stay at Baymont Inn and Suites in GRR. The manager Rebecca was amazing and the staff was great! The breakfast buffet was hot and good! It was clean and I felted safe. Thanks! Debbie

Our bathroom was left in an unsanitary condition upon arrival, and our carpet as well as the bathroom floors were dirty. Our room had an extended kitchen and the couch in there was very dirty and stained.
