The property was spotless, only negative comment I would have is check in time is 1500 that’s when we showed up and had to wait approximately 15 min to see what rooms were ready.

This hotel was clean. The beds were good. The pool was great. It has a hot tub but we did not use it as children must be over 18 to use the hot tub. WiFi was decent. Breakfast was ok. They had cereal, oatmeal, fresh fruit, muffins and bagels, yogurt, waffels, toast and french toast. Drinks were assorted fruit juice, coffee, tea and hot chocolate. It is located near lots of restaurants and shopping. Close to the expressway and major attactions for Hocking Hills.

I stayed at this hotel for 3 nights. 1) There is no elevator... so if you have any sort of luggage you will have to lug it up and down the stairs. Thankfully it's only 2 floors, so just one flight of stairs with your stuff. 2) the stairwell had an unpleasant smell and there was mud on the carpet. This never cleaned while I was there. 3) The room is not bad, just a bit over priced for what it is.
4) Olivia at the front desk does a fantastic job and works very hard. She is the best thing at that place.

I went up on Halloween weekend so their were a lot of teens and young kids like myself staying there for the parties near by but they were still very nice and helpful. I forgot my card to get back in the room so I was waiting on my friend to get back and the staff offered me another room key without me even asking. It was like 4am and I was very thankful.

Don’t think the rug had been cleaned since hotel was built. Breakfast was disgusting. After first morning we went out.
