Michele Non 19/11/2017 01:45We stayed here for a one night stay. It is a non-smoking motel. Unfortunately, when we opened the door of Room 117, it smelled strongly of smoke. The queen bed was hard. The breakfast was just OK. The motel was in a convenient location, and it was quiet.

C9500DBtanyawon 06/11/2017 19:36The staff was extremely friendly and helpful when I arrived. I've stayed here before and always receive great service! The room was clean and the bed is very comfortable. I like the breakfast variety in the morning and easy check out.

Yes, they are doing some remodeling but it’s not like the workers left a mess to walk around or any sleep was disturbed, so that in itself shows the staff was empathetic towards their guest, which was great. The breakfast was of normal every day continental breakfast, not like what the website displays for Baymont Inn, but none the less, available for consumption. Other than that our 4 nights/3 Days was accommodating to our needs. We will stay their again when we come back to the area.
RESERVATIONS
895bridgetbon 05/11/2017 18:08I made a two night reservation via the telephone. Upon arriving I confirmed my reservation was TWO nights. On the second day, I received a call from the front desk that they only had a one night reservation????? During m stay I talked with 3 different front desk people. It seemed the right hand didn't know what the left hand was doing.
I have stayed at this hotel and number of times. I had signed up for the Wyndham rewards, last year. They could NOT find my rewards information????
Perhaps it is time to find a different place to stay in Bellingham.

Linda Pon 04/11/2017 07:24What a horrible place. Smelly, Nasty, Scary (literally), totally unfit for public to stay in. As we were told to use the side door for convenience, as we entered, building was filthy. Got off the elevator on the 3rd floor and bed mattresses were lined along both side of the halls on bare floors. Got in our room and smelled horrible with the chairs situated looking out the windows. I immediately went down to the front desk and said I wanted a refund that this hotel was not fit to stay in. Was told I would have to speak to the manager in the morning as they don't give refunds. As we left out the dark side door to walk to our car, two men in hoodies got out of their car and started yelling at us and walking towards us. I was with my 78 and 79 year old parents. I drove to the front office and told the clerk what happened and said I will get my refund back tomorrow that this is totally unacceptable. I would let my dog stay at this place.!!!!
