I want to thank the manager for accommodating my requests for noise from upstairs and for alerting me to the fact I left my pillow(again). I will definitely stay here again. Good value for the money and clean.

All he best in a lovely area. Convenient to anything you might ever want! Really nice that small pets are welcome...though mine uses piddle pads...there is a place to stretch. Great TV. Found WCAB...TRUE COUNTRY!!!! Fell in love with the area. I live 5 minutes from the Atlantic Ocean. Smokies are my next love!

The daytime front desk staff person was extremely rude, unprofessional and charged me a fee before confirming that she should. She is anything but hospitable and would likely be better suited for another profession. Also, nowhere on the website does it mention a pet fee. However, I was charged the fee without anyone confirming if I had a pet or not. Unethical business practice. The evening front desk lady was amazing. She should be in charge.

Upon arrival the appearance of the hotel was on the disappointing side...but good enough for one night. We rented 3 rooms so I feel like I got a good feel for the rooms, the cleanliness, the decor, the overall essence if you will. The rooms were clean... enough. They were dated to say the least and each one had a different odor...the odor of old.
All 3 rooms were supposed to be smoke free but I have my doubts that one of the rooms hadn't had a chain smoker puffing away hours before our arrival. The carpets are OLD. They're dated, dark, dingy and depressing. All of which I was able to overlook but stains I don't like. Being afraid to walk on the carpet does not invoke feelings of "i can't wait to come back!" Being associated with Wyndham - I expected more. Maybe this is their standard. Idk
Over all it was a place to sleep for a few hours but I wouldn't go back and I wouldn't recommend it to anyone.
