Everyone on the staff of the Baymont is friendly, helpful and just happy to serve their guests. They are interested in making certain that you are comfortable and treat you like you are family. I love this place!!

I now pass by these hotels and think no way no matter how desperate. Outside looked nice. Inside another story.

Super clean. Friendly staff. Fantastic location. Large room. All good on those. Great amenities- microwave and good sized refrigerator in the room. However, the beds, they were not comfortable at all. I thought it was just me, but it wasn't. My mother also had a horrible night's sleep. They were just so darned hard! We have stayed at this location several times and never had a problem- so i am hoping it was just "that room". I would simply suggest check out the bed comfy status before unpacking into a room. Overall, great place with only that one complaint.

The hotel was the nicestt in the area by far.We were visiting family who are new to the area. We drove to Raleigh to find something to do.A little more than we were hoping to spend but we recieved a $10 discount for booking two nights. It appears they are upgrading some areas of the hotel. Our room was clean but the bathroom needs to be redone. There was a mended crack in the bottom of the tub and some wallpaper peeling around the top. The room felt a bit cramped. We had some problems with the internet but we did not ask for help. The breakfast was very good. The attendant there was very nice and helpful.
