The only reason for the stay was to surprise my husband for his birthday with a relaxing night away. All he wanted for his birthday was a hot tub. Our budget couldnt afford that but we could afford a night away in a room with a Jacuzzi. Upon checking it, he couldn't wait to try it out. It worked great on 2 different occasions that evening. However, when we got up on the morning, it didn't work at all. When mentioned to young lady at counter, all she said was "oh, sorry. " Very disappointed since that was the reason for going. We only live 15 mins from the hotel and just wanted a relaxing evening out.

This stay in this Hotel was very nice. We had a whirlpool in our room and it was wonderful. There are plenty of places to eat and the Hotel is very clean. The staff was just wonderful We will stay again as we come to mason often.

This hotel desperately needs better housekeeping.. By far the worst Baymont inn we have ever stayed in.. Wyndham needs to oversee the hotels that they have through the program!!!

Great stay, if they had rooms available for the entire length of my stay, I would have extended my stay at the Baymont Inn and Suites in Mason, Ohio and cancelled my stay at the Fairfield Marriott in West Chester. Our stay at the Baymont was that good.

This was a nice hotel at a very reasonable price. It was perfect for what I needed. The staff was helpful and friendly. The hotel itself while clean was an older building. The elevator was small and slow - but a minor thing. When I arrived on my floor I could smell cigarettes even though I'm pretty sure it was a non smoking floor. But by the time I made to my room near the end of the hall I could no longer smell the cigarette smell and my room was perfectly fine. Not sure if it was just a room near the elevator that may have been disregarding the rules or if there was actually a smoking room somewhere on the floor. The breakfast was just OK. Mostly breads, muffins and cereal as well as fruit, juice and coffee. I would have liked a little protein, maybe some scrambled eggs. Overall though, it was good for the price and close to where I needed to be. As a solo woman traveler, I felt perfectly safe here.
