We were spending the night in Midland, needing to meet our tour group at the airport the next afternoon. We chose this hotel because it was convenient to the airport and offered a shuttle. It was reasonably clean. However there are no restaurants or other attractions within walking distance. When we stepped off the elevator on our floor, we were immediately overwhelmed by the strong disinfectant odor. The toilet in our room did not flush properly, and the phone did not work. We went to the lounge for a drink, and were repelled by the heavy cloud of cigarette smoke. The waffle iron at the breakfast buffet did not work. The public bathroom on the lobby floor was closed after cleaning until I asked the front desk to open it again.

The floor joists for the second floor were sagging causing the door to not close properly. This was observed on multiple rooms throughout the hotel.

Clean comfortable rooms, shabby poorly lit hallways; few amenities (restaurants, shopping, entertainment). Confusing roadways (frontage roads, loops, poor signage)

Very dated property and could use some cleaning and a facelift. Also, I was charged a rate for 3 people and we were only 2 people.

Great stay! Clean room, easy access to where I need to go. Great little Mexican restaurant inside and small bar with great locals. Hotel staff was friendly and willing to help with anything I asked.
