My stay was for business in getting my CDL and while I was staying at the Waterloo location markous and the rest of the staff made my time very comfortable and relaxing I've told quite a few people about it

There are many hotels to choose from in their area, and we were pleased with the Baymont. It has a pool, an exercise room, and an okay breakfast. Prices are good especially if you can pay senior prices. Our king room was large, and the bed was comfortable. Front desk staff was cordial as we signed in. Many restaurants are within a mile. My only complaint is that the wi-fi was quite slow.

I was very pleased with the Waterloo Baymont. Check in staff was friendly. Room was clean, heating/cooling unit worked well, good water pressure in shower, and breakfast had a nice selection. Very happy with the motel and will stay again if in town. Thank you!

Location was great for us as we needed to stopover in the area as part of a larger trip and the hotel was close to highway connection and many eating establishments. Took a while for someone to meet me at the front desk and it was obvious the person in charge was having to wear multiple hats, but very friendly, apologetic and helpful. We let him know at checkout that our water pressure was a little low and he was appreciative of the heads up and thought it may be a supply valve issue that he would get maintenance on. Very clean, quiet and comfortable lodging and we slept marvelously. We slept late, and got up in time to be out right at checkout time, so did not avail ourselves of the breakfast.

Internet in the room was almost nonexistent but was fine in the lobby. I reported it as we left and the desk attendant was glad to know there was an issue so I have to assume it was fixed. Otherwise, the hotel was clean and comfortable with a basic motel breakfast. We were traveling with two large truck/trailer combos and there was room to park both without having to back 8nto a space.
