Cozy and right on the beach

My wife and I stayed Heat for a short anniversary getaway. The locations is perfect. Small, private, and very peaceful. We stayed in the “Zoe” suite. The living room was very comfortable and cozy, as was the bedroom, though the decor is a little outdated (atleast for my taste). From our room, the first step out the door and you’re already on the lawn going to a patio/deck with plenty of seating (outside lounge chairs, rocking, chairs, two hammocks) all overlooking the crashing waves on the beach. This is a perfect place to see the beautiful sunrises with a nice cup of coffee to start your day. There are two friendly cats that venture around the property a white cat wit a green and a blue eye named doobie and a fat cat named angel. The guesthouses also have a community room with a tv, computer, books, and some games that the guests may take and return when finished. This room also houses a large birdcage with a grey medium sized parrot).
This is the best kept secret for a relaxing getaway. The office has a paper with local restaurants and I personally would also recommend checking out “escape cocoa beach” which is an escape room game only about 7min up the road for a good entertaining outing.
Total Chill Out

Despite Irma nearly wrecking our holiday we rearranged our bookings and travelled up from South Beach Miami to what we can only describe as paradise, just wish we'd booked to stay longer than 5 dys, we'll be back one day for a 2 week stay. Highly recommended
2nd visit - just as good as the 1st... despite Irma!

We booked two stays at Beach Place as we were touring Florida. Sadly, the first stay was interrupted by Hurricane Irma, so we had to make alternate plans as the property was without power. We were delighted when we received an email to say they were up and running for our second stay.
We only stayed for 2 nights right at the end of our holiday but enjoyed relaxing and beach walks. Stephanie was a great help and accommodated our needs at the beginning and end of our stay. The view from our 2 bed apartment was fantastic.
We said we'd be back in our last review and we kept our promise. We're pleased you're bouncing back after Irma and thanks for a fantastic stay.
We're pleased you didn't need Angel as a flotation device with the storm surge! He's bigger than ever this year!!
Perfect location

We arrived here only 10 days after hurricane Irma and were unsure until a couple of days before whether they would be ready to receive us. We were given a very warm welcome and much effort had gone into clearing up the place after the devastation. Our apartment had a balcony and looked straight out onto the ocean and the beautiful beach. The grounds were lovely with many great quality loungers and chairs and hammocks. A shed contained multiple paddle boards, beach chairs and parasols for guest use and we had much fun on the paddle boards. The bedrooms were lovely and cosy and there were plenty of toiletries. Coffee making facilities were provided too. Good restaurants were a couple of miles down the road. We were sorry to leave and would definitely visit again. The parrot and two cats were lovely to see around the place.
Wow, this hideaway is amazing. Truly.

My Mom and I needed one night out of town to recharge and celebrate my birthday. Found this little place and we enjoyed it immensely. What a great ocean deck they built up, too. Sit high and see over the dunes. We sat in comfy chairs for hours. Truly. Go!
