We had a really lovely stay here on a busy bank holiday weekend. The rooms were clean and the beds were really comfortable. It was incredible value for money, the children loved the cookies in the room and we all enjoyed the fantastic breakfast. The manager was very attentive and helpful. We will be back next year.

Me and my husband booked Beaches for a one night stay during the Motor bike festival BMAD. The room was lovely, very clean , plenty of tea, coffee and lovely biscuits. The bathroom was also clean, modern and the shower was nice and hot. The young manager couldn't have been more helpful and is doing a great job. Parts of the hotel décor were a bit of a mixture of styles but not unpleasant. There was plenty of off road parking and overall we would totally recommend a stay at Beaches.

We have become very circumspect on B&Bs and their web presence as we travel around the UK. Exceptionally clean and the personal service made this B& B stand out in our memory.
Excellent cooking and attention to detail at breakfast, the parking out front in a busy area a plus.

My wife and I stayed here in February. We were given a wonderful welcome from Merrick who offered us a choice of rooms. We chose room 7 which was immaculately clean, very comfortable with a very large bathroom. The hotel boasts a very comfortably furnished lounge with a large TV set and a few games, including a chess set. Breakfast is a wonder to behold, with fresh fruit, fruit juices, cereals, yogurt and a monumental freshly cooked breakfast. Merrick has a very engaging personality and is a font of wisdom in regard to the local area. Off-street parking is available to the front of the premises and Beeches is a short walk from both the sea and the town centre. This is a superb place to stay in Paignton and I cannot recommend it highly enough. We will return!

I booked to stay at Beaches as a bit of an afterthought, my partner, son and I were visiting Paignton zoo on the Saturday and although we only live just over an hour away, it was my partners birthday and it would save us leaving as early without having to worry about breakfast, packing etc. I'm so glad I did, as we had a lovely little evening. Our room was nicely decorated, had all the amenities we needed and was warm and cosy. Merrick was just brilliant, so welcoming and friendly, extremely knowledgeable about the local area in every way possible and I know all hotels say 'we'd love you to stay again' but I genuinely felt he meant it, and even offered to show us round the other rooms, including the gorgeous family rooms, so that next time we could choose to have more space what with having a 3 year old. Breakfast was beautiful, served swiftly and the service was second to none, with the host (again, Merrick!) as attentive as could possibly be. We had a great nights sleep and felt so cosy and homely, we honestly can't wait to go back.
